Growing and Cooking with Herbs 2024

Would you like to spice up your meals while improving your health? In this class you will learn how to grow herbs including how to start some varieties from seed. The second half of the class will be how to use fresh and dried herbs. You will have the opportunity to taste some herb dishes and take home a pot of herbs that you seeded in the class. We will meet at the pavilion at Country Gardens Farm and some of the hands on learning will be outside.
