Fermenting Vegetables for Health

Teresa Brown will be presenting this class along with Judy. Teresa is a wealth of knowledge, having fermented for many years. Fermenting Vegetables for Health is a hands on class.   This class comes complete with live demonstrations, hands on experience,  a handout and plenty of samples.  Everyone will go home with a jar of fermenting vegetables.
