Pork Sausage Medium

Thompson Farm pan sausage is made with the same simple ingredients as our links and patties. It’s great for sausage balls, egg scrambles, sausage and gravy & more.

The hogs are raised outside on pasture able to root, roam, graze and just be pigs. This gives the meat a nice, deep flavor better than the conventional meat you would find in your big chain grocery store.
