Based on a family heirloom recipe for the best oatmeal cookies ever, this granola is as close as you will come to cookies for breakfast without actually eating cookies for breakfast.  All the basic granola good stuff with a generous helping of Georgia pecans, dried organic currants, freshly ground cinnamon, and Bob’s maple syrup.  A favorite of those who like to eat cookies for breakfast, but in a responsible way.
