2 1/2″ pots. This is a crunchy bulb vegetable that grows just on top of the soil. It is a cool season which in Georgia means that we can plant in early spring, around the first part of March and again in the fall. You can harvest as a small bulb which is really tender or allow it to get up to 4″ in diameter.
