Cauliflower Plants

Cauliflower Song is known as a loose curd cauliflower with the stems being sweeter and more tender.  In Georgia plant as a cool season vegetable, usually in early March and again in the fall.  Cauliflower is very sensitive to cold temperatures so you need to be able to protect if the temperatures drop.
