Thompson Farm hogs are raised on pasture living the life that pigs love. Their diet is supplemented with a non GMO grain.
We make our smoke bacon by hand rubbing pork belly with a simple mixture of salt and sugar. It’s placed in our salt room for a bit then smoked in our smokehouse using local peach wood. The result is amazing! Try it out for yourself today.
