We make our smoke bacon by hand rubbing pork belly with a simple mixture of salt and sugar. It’s placed in our salt room for a bit then smoked in our smokehouse using local peach wood. These are the end pieces of a slab of smoked bacon. Great for cooking to enjoy or season your food.
