Lucky Seventh Baker – Sourdough Honey Oat Loaf (available at farmstand Friday)
Made with local raw honey, a healthy addition of whole grains, and wholesome oats, this loaf is sure to win your heart. It has a much milder taste than the standard Sourdough Loaf and is a bit softer. It makes dreamy PB&J’s. I recommend this loaf to anyone who’s trying harder to appreciate sourdough but isn’t a fan of the strong sour flavor.
