For a loaf so high in protein and diverse nutrition, it’s also one of the softest and tastiest loaves on our menu. This loaf rarely makes it past our morning bake before being half gobbled up by adults and children alike. It’s nutty, a little crunchy, airy, fresh, and lightly sweet from the addition of pure maple syrup.
