Kefir Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbs melted butter
  1. Soak flour in kefir for 12-24 hours.
  2. Heat skillet.
  3. Stir in other ingredients, adding water to desired consistency.
  4. Pour some batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles appear.
  5. Flip and brown the other side.
