Kefir Pancakes
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
 - 1/2 cup kefir
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - 1 tbs honey
 - 1 pinch salt
 - 1/4 tsp baking soda
 - 1 tbs melted butter
 
- Soak flour in kefir for 12-24 hours.
 - Heat skillet.
 - Stir in other ingredients, adding water to desired consistency.
 - Pour some batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles appear.
 - Flip and brown the other side.
