High Fructose Corn Syrup-Remove It From Your Diet
If you are reading the labels now before making your purchases you are seeing that a lot of foods that you are picking up in the grocery store have high fructose corn syrup included in the ingredient list. This is an ingredient that has caused lots of health problems, with obesity and diabetes being high on the list. High fructose corn syrup (HCFS) does not have to be used but is a cheap sweetening alternative that has made it’s way into so many common foods, catsup, pickles, soft drinks and so many more. Make your voice heard by voting with your pocket book. If we continue to purchase these foods they will continue to market them. If we vote for healthier foods by not purchasing those that are filled with unhealthy ingredients it will change what is currently being offered.
