Grow your own Shiitake Mushrooms

This will be a hands on class where we will guide you in the steps and supplies you need to grow your own shiitake mushrooms. These mushroom grow on a log that is inoculated with shiitake mushroom spores. We will have all the supplies and tools and everyone will take home an inoculated log.

The class will last for about 2 hours and we will give you instructions on how to care for your log once you get it home.

Cost of the class is $45 and includes the log you take home
