2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Pepper to taste
1/3 to 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Whisk vinegar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper togethter. Add 1/3 cup of olive oil and see if you like the thickness. Add the additional oil if you like. Toss with your salad greens and enjoy!
