1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup fresh basil
¾-1 cup fresh parsley
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped pine nuts or walnuts
1/3 cup crushed tomatoes or a roma type tomato
½ -3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste

Place sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with warm water for 5 minutes, or until tender.
In a food processor combine sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, and nuts; process until well blended. Drizzle in olive oil and process. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt to taste. Adjust these quantities to suit your taste.
