| This class will take attendees through the process of making Classic Sourdough Bread from start to finish. Extensive information will be given about controlling variables and getting to the best loaf possible. We’ll also go over the basics of starter care and some common myths regarding discards. Everyone will go home with a jar of starter and some recipe cards. Presented by Anna Thornton of Lucky Seventh Bakery and Judy Cunningham of Country Gardens Farm.
