This is a salad dressing for those of you that like a creamier dressing with an Italian flavor.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

Combine everything except the parsley in blender.  Blend till creamy.  Stir in 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley.  Toss with your salad greens and enjoy!
