From Sweetgrass Dairy: Named after our Owners’ third son, Griffin is a farm style cheese who’s curds have been soaked in an entire half barrel of Terminus Porter from Gate City Brewing. Aged a minimum of 120 days, Griffin has a crumbly texture and malty flavors.
