This tray is featuring watermelon radishes, hakurei japanese turnips, zucchini, and diva cucumbers served with avocado dip.
Others to consider would be cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, sugar snap peas, summer squash, kohlrabi, cauliflower or carrots.
Quart of plain yogurt
1 Lime squeezed
Sea salt to taste
Put yogurt, 2 avocados, juice from a lime into the food processor. Process till smooth. Add sea salt to taste.
