Country Gardens Farm uses an honor based system of payment because we trust and respect our customers. Please read the following instructions for your first visit to our farmstand and feel free to contact us at (770) 251-2673 with any questions or concerns.
The farm stand is open 6 days a week Monday – Saturday from 8am til 7 pm for our CSA and pre ordered pickups self serve. We are there to assist customers on Fridays and Saturdays Winter Hours 9 to 2:30, Spring & Summer Hours 9 to 4:00.
1. If you have pre ordered online or by phone you will have an envelope with your name on it on the magnetic board.
2. Remove your envelope and put your check or cash inside and drop it in the black payment box. We keep a small amount of money in the change box where you can take your change from.
3. Your Meat order will be ready for you in the freezers labeled for “Pre-Orders”. Meat will be in a bag labeled with your name. Milk and eggs will not be labeled but can be taken from the reserved glass front cooler. Soaps, garden supplies, and other non-refrigerated items will be labeled with your name and placed near the welcome table.
Special Note for Pre-Orders: We work hard to make sure each order is ready each day and that we have enough stock available. Missing your pickup means we may not be able to resell or reuse your items. If you need to change your pickup, please call us at (770) 251-2673 ASAP to make other arrangements.
If you would like to stop by our farmstand to see what we have available, it is best to come on a Friday or Saturday when we can assist you.
It is possible to come by the farm stand and buy from the items that are available but most items will be reserved for our CSA members during the week. Please call ahead if you are not familiar with how to use our self serve walk in system. 770-251-2673
Meat, Milk and Eggs are in the refrigerators/freezers labeled Available. Soaps, garden supplies, and other non-refrigerated items available for “Walk-In” sale will be on display in the farm stand.
Special Note for Walk-Ins: We DO NOT always have every item available for “Walk-In” purchase, so please know that by taking an item from the Reserved and pre ordered coolers, you are taking an item that has been promised to another customer.
